 What type of session?

Individual classes allow us to design the sessions in a personalized way
We will find the best plan for your goals

During our first meeting, I will make a plan that best suits your needs. Based on that, you can decide the option you prefer. There are three types of classes:

1. An exclusively Pilates class. I recommend you 60 minutes class. The weekly frequency depends on your availability.

2. Pilates + Low Pressure Fitness. This class needs to be longer. The intensity is regulated, so you can work 90 minutes without a problem. The session will have a first 30 minutes workout with hipopressive exercises, and 60 minutes of Pilates class.

The 90 minutes session can be another option (without hypopressive exercises) if you want your Pilates classes to last longer.

3. Low Pressure Fitness. Hypopressive exercise classes are 30 minutes long and involve myofascial and neurodynamic work.

If you like, you can have a more affordable price by buying a 10-class voucher.

Pilates is a gift for your body. Take some time for your own and enjoy it! You can also share the benefits of Pilates with your friends or family by purchasing gift cards.

Q & A

Why fascianante?

Fascia is the layer that envelops and holds us. It needs flexibility and movement, and it is crucial in our workout. It is fascinating!

Is Pilates good for any age?

Pilates adapts to each person’s level, being a discipline that can be practiced at any age and in any physical condition.

Is the core the main goal?

The core muscles have several essential functions in our body, such as stabilization, posture, breathing… Pilates teaches from the deepest musculature but also understands the body as a whole. The core, seen in this way, is from head to toe.

Is Pilates suitable for high sports performance?

Pilates is the perfect base discipline for any workout. It prevents injuries and helps to be more efficient in the practice of sports. Better results with less effort.

When will I see results?

According to Joseph Pilates, «In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 sessions you’ll see the difference, and in 30 sessions you’ll have a whole new body».

What are hypoppresive exercises?

They are exercises performed in apnea, based on the yoga technique Uddiyana bandha, especially recommended to improve the tone of the abdominal and pelvic muscles

What's the difference between LPF and hypoppresive exercises?
Low Pressure Fitness (LPF) is also a postural re-education, myofascial stretching, and neurodynamics technique
How important is the breathing?

A wrong breathing pattern can restrict our movement, so it is very important to pay attention to it. But we also want the breath to flow naturally. Breath is a tool, not a rule.

If you have any health issues, it is strongly recommended that you consult your physician before participating in Pilates or Low Pressure Fitness classes
