Hi, I am Laura!

Being a Pilates teacher is like being a translator. Bodies speak. My job is to understand your body language and teach you the most efficient way of movement.

I offer a personalized class in a quiet environment, an oasis to escape daily stress and turn off your devices for a while.

FIRST DAY

FITNESS SCREENING

Before starting classes, you will have a free first session. During this meeting I will study your movement patterns and, above all, I will get to know you. I want to hear about your medical history, hobbies, and what you expect from our classes. The idea is to exchange our goals and make a plan together.

PILATES APPARATUS

The Pilates equipment and props make movement more interesting. These instruments can be used as support or as resistance. In my studio, you will find the reformer, trapeze, chair, ladder-barrel and spine corrector, designed by Joseph Pilates. Other tools will make our work fun as well as challenging.

HYPOPRESSIVE EXERCISES

LPF

Low Pressure Fitness (LPF) is a postural and breathing technique. Inspired by the hypopressive method, it combines myofascial stretching and neurodynamic mobilization. These exercises improve the tone of the core muscles, reducing the intra-abdominal pressure. LPF training is a global approach to the core/pelvic floor.
